For professionals
Join the VAYEMA professional network
Thoughtful care begins with people who bring both expertise and humanity to their work. We welcome introductions from professionals who share that approach.
You may be based in Mallorca, Marbella, London or Zurich, or in a city where VAYEMA does not yet have a presence. Tell us about your work, your professional background and where you would like to collaborate. A conversation today may help shape an appropriate service in the future.
Expertise with room for the whole person
VAYEMA brings an assessment-led approach to private outpatient mental health care. Psychiatry, psychology and psychotherapy are the clinical core, supported by other disciplines when they have a clear role in a person’s care. We value careful listening, sound professional judgement and communication that helps people feel informed rather than overwhelmed.
We are interested in hearing from psychiatrists, psychologists and psychotherapists, as well as appropriately qualified medical, nutritional, body-based and other supporting-care professionals. Each discipline has its own responsibilities and limits. Joining a network should strengthen those boundaries, not blur them.
Care can take different forms
Depending on the service and the person’s needs, collaboration may involve online appointments, sessions at your own practice or a VAYEMA location, or home visits on request. Some professionals may contribute to coordinated intensive outpatient care or ongoing support. We discuss the practical arrangements, local professional requirements and scope before any work begins.
Your city does not need to be on our current list
We welcome interest from other countries and cities as we consider how the network could grow. Email us and tell us where you practise. We would rather understand a place and its professionals properly than suggest a service is available before it is ready.
An introduction is not a promise of work, a confirmed vacancy or an announcement that VAYEMA is opening in your location. Any future collaboration depends on mutual fit, demand and the relevant clinical, operational and professional arrangements.
What happens after you apply
Our team reviews your introduction and professional background. Where there is a potential fit, we contact you to discuss your approach, availability and possible arrangements. Relevant credentials, registration, insurance and references would be considered before a collaboration is agreed.
Your first email can be brief. Please share a summary of your experience and a professional website where available. Do not send patient information, identity documents or confidential case examples. We can agree an appropriate way to exchange any further documents later.
Tell us a little about your work
We look forward to learning about the experience and perspective you could bring. Your introduction will be reviewed by our authorised team, not displayed as a public profile.
