Private mental health care
Specialist care.
Part of everyday life.
You do not have to work out the right treatment on your own. We begin with an assessment, taking time to listen and understand what you are experiencing. Together, we plan the next step—from individual appointments to more coordinated outpatient support.

Assessment first
No treatment package before needs are understood.
Private care
Discreet outpatient support with clear confidentiality boundaries.
Coordinated
One plan can bring several professionals together.

01 / Start with assessment
Understand first.
Then decide what care is appropriate.
A new clinical care relationship starts with Initial Assessment & Care Planning. The outcome may be individual treatment, a coordinated intensive outpatient program, ongoing case management, or a recommendation for another provider or level of care.

Core clinical care
Psychiatry and psychological therapy.
These disciplines form the clinical core. The assessment helps determine which professional or combination is relevant.
Psychiatry
Specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnostic formulation, medication review where appropriate, and ongoing psychiatric care within the clinician’s scope.
Psychology & psychotherapy
Individual psychological assessment and therapy selected according to the person’s presentation, goals, history and preferences.
Find support for what you are going through.
Find a starting point in our treatment guides and condition categories. You do not need to have a diagnosis to ask for help.
Integrative support
Looking at the whole person without blurring clinical roles.
Medical and physical-health support, nutrition and dietetics, bodywork and movement, sleep and lifestyle support can be added when relevant. They support the care plan rather than replace indicated psychiatric or psychological treatment.

Conditions & concerns

Learn more about a concern, explore care options or use a self-test to prepare for a conversation. Each library offers a different place to begin.
Self-Tests

Your care, at a glance
A way forward, together.
There is no single path that suits everyone. We take time to understand you, then help you choose support that feels clear, considered and right for your needs.
First, we take time to understand you
Your assessment is a space to talk about what has been difficult, what matters to you and what you hope will change. We listen, explore the options and agree a next step together.
You do not have to navigate care alone.
When it helps, we can support your family and keep the people involved in your care connected, from the first steps onwards.
Worried about someone who is not ready to seek help? Our Interventions service can help you prepare a thoughtful conversation and consider the next step.
Care that fits your life
Three ways to meet. One considered care plan.
Sessions can be provided online, in person at a therapist’s practice or a VAYEMA location, or at your home on request. We agree the appropriate setting with you as part of assessment and care planning.
01 / ONLINE
Where you are
Video appointments for suitable consultations and ongoing therapy. We confirm the clinician, privacy arrangements and whether remote care can be provided where you will be during the session.
02 / IN PERSON
A dedicated space
Meet at the therapist’s consulting rooms or a VAYEMA location. Your appointment confirmation identifies the professional, address and practical details before you attend.
03 / AT HOME
Support that comes to you
Home visits are arranged on demand, where clinically appropriate and available locally. We discuss the setting, privacy, clinician availability and any travel costs before confirming a visit.
You can tell us your preference when you enquire. Not every service or professional is available in every format. A format may change as your needs change; assessment establishes what is appropriate.
